Ingredients
- 1 small butternut squash, peeled and diced
- 4 cups of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of milk
Instructions

Place the diced squash in a microwave-safe dish and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes, or until tender.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the cabbage, green onions, butter, salt, and black pepper. Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes, or until the cabbage is wilted.

Mash the cooked squash and add it to the bowl with the cabbage mixture. Stir in the milk until well combined.

Microwave for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
