How To Make Microwave Vegetarian Mug Lasagne

Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked lasagne sheets, broken into small pieces
- 1 cup of marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a microwave-safe mug, layer 1/4 cup of marinara sauce, followed by a third of the lasagne sheets, a tablespoon of ricotta cheese, and a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese. Repeat this layering process two more times.

Top the lasagne with the remaining marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Cover the mug loosely with microwave-safe plastic wrap or a microwave-safe plate.

Microwave on high for 5 minutes, then carefully remove the plastic wrap or plate.

Microwave for an additional 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the mug lasagne cool for a few minutes before serving.
