- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a heatproof bowl, melt the chopped chocolate and butter together over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the cooled chocolate mixture, whisking until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, whisking until the batter is smooth.

Divide the batter equally among 4 greased ramekins or oven-safe cups.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let the puddings cool for a few minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
