Ingredients
- 200g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and place them in a jar.

In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over low heat.

Add the fresh thyme and red chilli to the saucepan and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour the hot oil mixture over the feta cheese in the jar.

Add salt to taste and gently mix everything together.

Let the feta marinate in the oil for at least 1 hour before serving.

Serve as a delicious appetizer with bread or crackers.
