Ingredients
- 2 cups lychees, peeled and deseeded
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

In a blender, combine the lychees, sugar, water, ginger, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or ice cream maker and freeze for 2 hours.

Remove from the freezer and use a fork to break up any ice crystals. Return to the freezer.

Repeat step 3 every hour for the next 2 hours or until the sorbet is firm and creamy.

Serve the lychee & ginger sorbet in chilled dessert bowls or cones.
