Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the potatoes in a large pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Shake the pot to roughen up the edges of the potatoes.

Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Transfer the potatoes to a baking tray and spread them out in a single layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through cooking.
