Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the asparagus to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the asparagus is tender.

Push the asparagus to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Cook until the eggs are desired doneness.

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss well to combine the ingredients.

Serve the linguine topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
