How To Make Lime & Chilli Pitta Crisps

Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat pitta breads
- 2 limes (zest and juice)
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cut the pitta breads into triangle-shaped crisps.

In a bowl, mix together the lime zest, lime juice, chilli powder, salt, and olive oil.

Brush the lime and chilli mixture onto both sides of the pitta crisps.

Place the pitta crisps on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden.

Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
