Ingredients

  • 4 slices of crusty bread
  • 1 cup of labneh (strained yogurt)
  • 8 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of sumac
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

  2. Spread a generous amount of labneh on each slice of toast.

  3. Top with the thinly sliced radishes.

  4. Sprinkle sumac evenly over the radishes.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
