Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pasta shapes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, red onion, black olives, and cheddar cheese.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
