Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup bamboo shoots
- 1/2 cup tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions

In a large pot, bring the broth to a simmer.

Add mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and tofu. Cook for 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili sauce, and cornstarch. Add to the pot and simmer for another 5 minutes, until the soup thickens slightly.

Slowly pour beaten eggs into the soup while stirring gently. Cook for 1 minute.

Stir in sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
