- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup warm water

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, Cajun seasoning, and salt.

Add the vegetable oil and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Gradually add the warm water, mixing until the dough comes together.

Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
