- 4 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 2 medium beets, cooked and thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large serving dish, arrange the sliced heirloom tomatoes, cooked beet slices, and red onion slices.
