- 2 cups whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs, onions, celery, mushrooms, carrots, parsley, garlic, sage, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the olive oil and vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until well combined.

Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
