- 2 packs of halloumi cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Slice the halloumi cheese into thick fries.

In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, and garlic powder.

Dip each halloumi fry into the flour mixture, coating it evenly.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

Fry the halloumi fries for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fries from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
