Ingredients
- 2 heads of radicchio, quartered
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 4 ounces of fontina cheese, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.

Brush the radicchio quarters with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill the radicchio for about 5-7 minutes per side, until softened and lightly charred.

Remove the radicchio from the grill and top each quarter with a slice of fontina cheese.

Place the radicchio back on the grill for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
