- 2 ripe pears, sliced
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat a griddle over medium heat.

Place the pear slices on the griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they have grill marks.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, grilled pear slices, blue cheese, and walnuts.

In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
