How To Make Green Spaghetti & Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup packed fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup packed fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix well and form into meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In a blender or food processor, combine basil leaves, spinach leaves, parsley leaves, pine nuts, garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Return the meatballs to the skillet and pour the green sauce over them. Cook for another 5 minutes, until meatballs are heated through and sauce has thickened slightly.

Serve the meatballs and green sauce over the cooked spaghetti. Enjoy!
