- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, red onion, feta cheese, and toasted almonds.
