Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 4 tomatoes, sliced in half
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions

Preheat a grill or griddle pan over medium-high heat.

Toss the green beans with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill the green beans for 4-5 minutes, or until slightly charred and tender. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a separate bowl, toss the halved tomatoes with the remaining olive oil, minced garlic, and balsamic vinegar.

Grill the tomatoes cut-side down for 3-4 minutes, or until slightly softened and grill marks start to appear. Remove from heat.

Arrange the green beans on a serving dish and top with the grilled tomatoes.

Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
