How To Make Goat’s cheese & red pepper tart

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 150g of goat’s cheese
- 2 red peppers, roasted and sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out the puff pastry and fit it into a tart tin.

Crumble the goat’s cheese over the pastry.

Arrange the roasted red pepper slices on top of the cheese.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the peppers and cheese.

Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the filling is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
