Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) gnocchi
- 1 cup grated pecorino romano cheese
- 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked gnocchi and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the grated pecorino romano cheese and freshly ground black pepper to the skillet. Toss the gnocchi until the cheese melts and coats the pasta.

Season with salt to taste. Serve hot and garnish with extra pecorino romano cheese and black pepper.
