Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.

Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until hot but not boiling.

Stir in the Parmesan, mozzarella, cheddar, and Gorgonzola cheeses until melted and smooth.

Add the minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to the cheese sauce, and stir to combine.

Place the steamed cauliflower florets in the greased baking dish and pour the cheese sauce over the top, spreading evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
