- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, torn
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, basil, mint, and parsley.
