How To Make Easy Okonomiyaki

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Okonomiyaki sauce, for serving
- Mayonnaise, for serving
- Bonito flakes, for garnish
- Aonori (dried seaweed flakes), for garnish
- Pickled ginger, for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, bacon, green onions, flour, water, eggs, and soy sauce. Mix well until batter is smooth.

Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 of the batter onto the skillet and spread it out into a round shape.

Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown. Flip the okonomiyaki and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

Transfer the cooked okonomiyaki to a serving plate. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 4 okonomiyaki.

Drizzle okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise over each pancake. Sprinkle with bonito flakes and aonori. Serve with pickled ginger.
