Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the flour, curry powder, salt, and baking powder.

Gradually add in the warm water and vegetable oil, mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin round flatbread.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown spots appear.

Remove from the skillet and brush with a little oil or butter.

Sprinkle with chopped cilantro, if desired.
