- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the sliced red cabbage, grated carrot, and chopped cilantro.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
