- 4 crumpets
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Place the crumpets on a baking sheet.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over each crumpet.

Top with black olives, mushrooms, bell peppers, and pepperoni.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the toppings.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
