Ingredients

  • 4 crumpets
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Place the crumpets on a baking sheet.

  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each crumpet.

  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

  5. Top with black olives, mushrooms, bell peppers, and pepperoni.

  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the toppings.

  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

  9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
