How To Make Crispy Salt & Pepper Roasties

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. In a large pot, boil the potato chunks for 5 minutes. Drain and let them cool slightly.

  3. Toss the partially cooked potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a roasting tray.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
