Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and garlic and cook until mushrooms are tender.

Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.

Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.

Serve hot and garnish with additional grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
