Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine cranberries, pineapple chunks, dates, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, water, ginger powder, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until cranberries burst and the chutney thickens.

Remove from heat and let cool before serving.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
