How To Make Courgette, Mushroom & Mozzarella Tart

Ingredients
- 1 ready-made puff pastry sheet
- 2 courgettes, thinly sliced
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 150g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out the puff pastry and place it onto a baking sheet.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the sliced courgettes and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until they are tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the cooked vegetables evenly over the puff pastry.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
