How To Make Courgette & Tomato Chutney

Ingredients
- 2 courgettes, grated
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.

Add minced garlic and chopped onion to the pan and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Add grated courgette and chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they soften.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the pan and mix well.

Stir in brown sugar and apple cider vinegar. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let the chutney cool down.

Serve the courgette & tomato chutney with your favorite dishes.
