Ingredients
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of diced mango
- 1/2 cup of passion fruit juice
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions

In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Pour the cooled coconut milk mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Mix in the diced mango, passion fruit juice, vanilla extract, and salt during the last few minutes of churning.

Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
