Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp chai tea blend
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking tray.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and chai tea blend.

In a separate large bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour mixture and coconut milk to the butter mixture, alternating between the two, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray and sprinkle shredded coconut on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the traybake to cool before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!
