How To Make Chinese-Style Kale Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale, washed and chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for a minute until fragrant.

Add chopped kale to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil together.

Pour the sauce over the kale and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the kale is tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot as a side dish or with steamed rice.
