Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 tbsp of pesto
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Spread the pesto evenly over the pastry.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the pesto.

Arrange the cherry tomato halves on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
