How To Make Cheese & Chilli Naans

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- Butter, for brushing
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the warm water and yogurt, and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a round naan shape, about 1/4 inch thick.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped green chillies evenly over one half of each naan. Fold the other half over the filling and press the edges to seal.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place one filled naan in the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes, until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for 2 more minutes.

Remove from the skillet and brush with melted butter. Repeat with the remaining naans.

Serve hot with your favorite curry or enjoy as a snack.
