- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Marmite
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and Marmite.

Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and drizzle them with the Marmite butter mixture. Toss until well coated.

Season with salt and pepper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are charred and tender.
