Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup ice water
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually whisk in the ice water until the batter is smooth and thick.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or pot to 350°F (175°C).

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, and carefully place them into the hot oil.

Fry the cauliflower in batches for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the cauliflower from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.

Serve the cauliflower tempura hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
