How To Make Cauliflower Cheese & Bacon Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a quiche dish or pie pan.

Steam the cauliflower florets until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Arrange the cooked cauliflower and crumbled bacon in the greased dish. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Pour the egg mixture over the cauliflower, bacon, and cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly browned on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
