How To Make Cauliflower & Potato Curry

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.

Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until onions turn golden brown.

Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add cauliflower and potatoes. Stir to coat them with spices.

Cover the pan and cook on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are cooked through.

Sprinkle garam masala and stir well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.
