Ingredients
- 1 pound of carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the sliced carrots and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Drain the carrots and transfer them to a food processor or blender.

Add butter and heavy cream to the carrots and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the carrot puree warm as a side dish or use it as a base for other dishes.
