- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring the almond milk to a simmer.

Stir in the rolled oats, grated carrot, raisins, chopped walnuts, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10-12 minutes or until the porridge thickens and the oats are cooked.

Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
