Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 4 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 cup of ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the chopped carrots, orange segments, orange juice, Greek yogurt, honey, grated ginger, and ice cubes.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.

  4. Pour into glasses and serve cold.
