- 2 cups walnuts
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, water, rosemary, and salt. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

Add walnuts to the saucepan and stir until evenly coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Spread the coated walnuts onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until walnuts are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
