- 1 pound baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the baby carrots and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until tender.

Drain the carrots and return them to the pot. Add the butter and toss until melted and well coated.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.

Transfer the carrots to a serving dish and serve hot.
