Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower head
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter (or vegan butter)
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving
- Celery sticks, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crispy and lightly golden.

In a separate bowl, mix together the hot sauce, melted butter, and honey until well combined.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and brush each floret with the buffalo sauce.

Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
