- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup cooked chestnuts, chopped
- 4-5 sage leaves, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, sage, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Spread the Brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet and roast for about 20-25 minutes, until tender and lightly browned.

Remove from the oven and toss with the chopped chestnuts.
