Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 cup of green beans, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup of hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Steam the broccoli and green beans until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the chopped hazelnuts and cook until fragrant and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Add in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Place the steamed broccoli and green beans in a serving dish and drizzle the toasted hazelnut butter over them.

Toss gently to coat the vegetables evenly. Serve hot.
